Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni, Solan (HP) invites online applications for admission to the following for Academic Session 2016-17.
1] Undergraduate Programmes

1] For Undergraduate Programmes
Minimum Qualification: 10+2/equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from a recognized Board/ University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST candidates) in the above subjects.
Eligibility: The normal seats shall be filled through entrance test scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2016 (Sunday) for which only bonafide/ domicile residents of Himachal Pradesh are eligible.
2] For M Sc Programmes:
Minimum Qualification: B Sc Horticulture/ B Sc Forestry/ B Sc Agriculture/ B Sc/ B Sc Animal Husbandry with an OGPA of 6.00/10.0 or its equivalent under course credit system or with a minimum of 60% under annual system from a recognized University or degree from a foreign University with at least ‘B’ grade or its equivalent.
Eligibility: All the above mentioned seats shall be filled on the basis of merit of the qualifying degree plus written test to be conducted by this University on 26th June, 2016.
3] For MBA Programmes
Minimum Qualification: B Sc Horticulture/ B Sc Forestry/ B Sc Agriculture/ B Sc Agri Engineering/ B V Sc/ Graduate in other allied fields with an OGPA of 5.50/10.0 or its equivalent under course credit system or with a minimum of 55% marks under annual system from a recognized University or degree from a foreign University with at least ‘B’ grade or its equivalent.
Eligibility: The above seats are meant for bonafide/ domicile resident of Himachal Pradesh and shall be filled on the basis of CMAT conducted by the HPU, Shimla on 28th May, 2016.
