Agri University Celebrated the Farm Mechanisation Day

Farm Mechanisation Day celebrated at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) and held a rythusadassu hence farmers’ meeting at its campus in Rajendranagar.

As part of the celebration near the university auditorium, Vice-Chancellor V. Praveen Rao inaugurated an exhibition organised. Later, he inaugurated the rythusadassu. A large number of farmers from across Telangana participated in rythusadassu.

Mr. Rao urged the farmers to adopt modern technology to get higher yield of crops. He also advised them to reduce the cost of cultivation by utilising farm machinery.

In the celebration, Director of research D. Raji Reddy, director of extension K. Anand Singh, and board of management member E.A.S. Siddique, Shyam Sunder Reddy, Sadasivarao, Sudhakarreddy and Manoj Kumar also participated.
