Agriculture Awareness Camp Organized by GKU.

Talwandi Sabo: An agriculture and Livestock awareness seminar in Village Ghuman (Bathinda) organized by University College of Agriculture of Guru Kashi University.

The resource persons during the Camp were Dr. Gurdeep Singh, Dr. Darshan Singh, Dr. Amarjeet Lal Sharma & Agriculture officer Dr. Gurmail Singh. Experts shared the valuable vaccination Chart and shared about the balanced diet, as for as veterinary and Livestock awareness is concerned.

Experts also communicated the various types of professions which can be easily attached with their routine works. Amongst the farmers, the general medicines for Live Stock were also free distributed.

Dr. Amarjeet Lal Sharma and Dr. Gurmail Singh aware the farmers about the black and white fly & also given the solution to minimize the effect of these. Experts also advised the farmers to adopt the methods and materials suggested by Agricultural Universities.

Dr. N.S. Malhi VC GKU appreciated the activity by Agriculture College. He also welcome the farmers for any veterinary and Agriculture related help in the University Campus. Dr. Malhi also assure that Guru Kashi University (GKU) will be frequently organizing agricultural and educational camps which will definitely be helpful for the growth and development of Society.
