10 Jan 2023 - Students of the Department of Plant Physiology, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand have been honored with four award prizes during 22nd to 23rd December, 2022 at the West Zonal seminar of Indian Society for Plant Physiology on “Innovative Approaches for Sustainable Agriculture Use Under Climate Change”.

The west zonal seminar was organized by the Department of Plant Physiology, N. M. College of Agriculture, NAU, Navsari and Indian Society for Plant Physiology, New Delhi in association with the Climate change Department, Government of Gujarat.

About 150 participants attended this seminar from various students across India. Crop physiology scholars of AAU, Mr Jatin Ghadiali and Ms Divya Patel secured second prize in oral presentation award, while Mr Saumya Shruti secured third prize award in oral presentation of different themes of the seminar. In the case of poster presentation, Mr Kamlesh Chaudhary secured second prize.
