PAU Imparts Training on Preparation of Strawberry Crush
A specialized training on “Preparation of Strawberry Crush” imparted by the Department of Food Science and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), to Bharthari Prashar, ANANT Industrial Sales Corporation, Mandi Gobindgarh, at Food Industry Business Incubation Centre of PAU.
Dr Poonam A. Sachdev, Head, Department of Food Science and Technology, equipped him with the technical know-how, required for the preparation of strawberry crush.
During the training, demonstrations were given on processing, preservation and bottling of fruit crush. The training was assisted by Mr Rahul Gupta, Research Assistant and Er. Karanvir Gill, Teaching Assistant.
